Can you describe the sacred?

Today we're discussing apophatic theology and cataphatic theology. Apophatic theology maintains that it is better to describe God in negative terms than in positive terms, because any positive statement about God (i.e. sacrality) simply falls too short of that reality. Ex: God is not limited. God is not evil. According to apophatic theology (i.e. negative theology) human language is too limited in its ability to convey ultimate truths.

Apparently the HPU Philosophy Club met this past Monday and opened their discussion with the following clip from Richard Linklater's 2001 film Waking Life. Is this clip addressing apophatic theology?
